2023 Mauao Half Marathon
Light cloud and a gentle breeze ...
.... welcomed the entrants to this year's Mauao Half Marathon.
The day soon warmed up, as did the competition, with a very tight race for line honours between Hayden Mulgrew and Hugo Martãnez. Barely a second separated the two after three circuits requiring three ascents and descents of Mauao.
Our thanks to Craig, Adina and the team from Foundation Sports and Rehabilitation Clinic for inviting us to be their timing providers again, and Murray for making our stay at the Mount so comfortable.
