Spring in the step - and in the air
The fresh breeze did not have a negative impact on enjoyment - or times in Event Promotion's City to Surf.
Penny Purcell won the Half Marathon walk beating her 2017 time by two minutes. This years Half Run winner, Ben Ruthe, was three minutes faster than Luke Williams winning time in 2017.
