Kapiti Coast calm

The stretch of SH1 between Pukerua Bay and Paraparaumu has long been one of my favourite visual stretches of road with the changes in light and wind creating a continually changing backdrop to the frequent traffic jams. We took the long way home from the WMC Time Trial Champs and were rewarded with stunning light and a very calm sea.
