Lake Taupo from Waihi Scenic Reserve.

Nestled on the South Western shore of Lake Taupo, Waihi Village is a short distance before Tokaanu if heading South. We took the opportunity to turn off SH41 and head toward Waihi Village for a break from the driving a chance to stretch our legs. We were rewarded with some beautiful light across the Lake.
