... you get the reward.
Mandy, Simon and the team from the Rakaia Lions Club team worked harder than ever to produce this year's Salmon Run in the face of a stern challenge from a weather system dumping excessive rain in the Rakaia River's headwaters.
Making an early call in the interests of entrant safety enabled the event to proceed on a sunny day reflected in the sunny atmosphere.
