The last races of the Tough Guy & Gal this season ...
... saw the sun shine on lots of thick mud as well over a thousand plucky entrants challenged themselves over the course at Lake's Ranch.
We were priviledged to see very exciting racing from the cream of this year's entrants in the invitational MOA Tough Guy & Gal Championships. Angus McKelvie from Palmerston North retained the Male title with a thrilling two second win over Wellington's Andy John, whilst in the women's race Debbie Donald had an emphatic win over second placed Melanie Stowell, with Melanie comfortably taking the senior women's crown.
