A great day helped produce fast times
The Rotary Club of South Wairarapa annual fundraiser for charity this year supported the Wairarapa Whanau Trust, and in particular helping build its youth facility in Featherston.
Matthew Webb-Smith was first home in the 115km ride in 2:54:45, nearly 10 minutes faster than the 2016, and 2017 fastest times. Deborah Lynch repeated her 2017 success as fastest woman, beating her 2017 time by 6 minutes.
Liam Carson took out the 67km ride in 1:53:40, with Jo Ninety fastest woman in 2:05:01, both well under the fastest times in 2017,
