Martinborough Charity Fun Ride 2019
A strong field turned out ..
... for the South Wairarapa Rotary Club's annual charity fun ride.
The three course options start and finish in Martinborough, with the longer rides heading East before turning North up Longbush Road, WEst along Gladstone Road towards Masterton, before the turn back towards Martinborough. The 115k riders then do the short course circuit before finishing.
Jack Polley and Aaron Stagg fought for line honours in the 115km event, ahead of a tight lead bunch. Andrew Richardson and Heather Bateman were the leading Male and Female riders in the 67k event; and Maree Paten and Andy West the first Female and Male riders home in the 48k event.
